As a Massage Therapist I am devoted to helping you receive body work as a beneficial part of your health care. You will experience profound relaxation, pain relief and empathic support in a safe and comforting environment through a variety of therapeutic techniques. The therapeutic goal of each modality is the same: your movement toward comfort, increased self awareness and improved health.

Reflexology and Massage provide numerous nurturing opportunities. Receiving bodywork is a time for rest but also participation. Offering rest, pain relief and comfort to the physical body frees your attention to notice what connections may exist between your muscles, thoughts, actions and emotions. My intention is to support your comfort and self discovery through body work.
